It depends, you do need to add the additional income to your tax return. Since you have already filed your return, you will need to wait and find out if your return is accepted or rejected. The IRS will not be processing returns until February 12, 2021.

• If you return is accepted by the IRS, you will need to amend the return to make changes. You can file a 1040-X amended return easily through the TurboTax software with the additional information. After you file an amended return, the return can take several months to process.
• If you return is rejected by the IRS, then all you have to do is to make the changes on your return and resubmit the return.
