Its showing my 1099g for unemployment but I dont see where my federal income tax

I work for a union hall, was my unemployment through a union contribution

I am not sure what your question is, so I am going to guess

 In Turbo Tax enter 1099-G in the search box, click find, 

Jump-to Unemployment compensation.

Unemployment funds are paid by employers to their state's unemployment fund.  Unemployment compensation is taxable, per the IRS.
