Its saying I don't qualify for the prepaid visa card, but I don't have a bank account so how am I supposed to get my refund?

If you do not have a bank account for direct deposit, the IRS will mail you a paper check to the address on the tax return.

When it gives me a choice of direct deposit or prepaid visa card what am I supposed to click then to complete my tax return?

I also can't pay up front because I don't have a bank account so its not like I have a card to do that

Try clicking on Review and go through the steps again.  Are you paying for TurboTax fees with refund by chance?

Unfortunately, if you pay with your refund you can only do the direct deposit or prepaid card, give me a minute to check for another solution

You are paying for the tax preparation fee.  Can you see what you are being charged for?

It just has a price next to federal and a price next to state on the review part
