I assume you mean your Refunds?  Did you efile?  Was your return Accepted?  Double check your efile status here
<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup">https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efi...

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

You can check your Federal refund status at Where's My Refund.

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

Since it is over 21 days, the IRS recommends that you give them a call. The IRS issues most refunds in less than 21 days, although some require additional time. You should only call if it has been:

  • 21 days or more since you e-filed
  • 6 weeks or more since you mailed your return, or when
  • "Where's My Refund" tells you to contact the IRS

Do a 2019 Paycheck Checkup and adjust your withholding with your employer now to make sure your withholding is right for next year.

There might be some information they are needing from you. You will be able to ask specific questions to the tax representative and then get an idea on when the refund will come to you.
