Its been 48 hours and I still havent received an email on wether or not i got approved or denied for the refund advance… how can i figure out whats going on?

I contacted credit karma and they said to contact turbo tax.. but turbo tax is offline or something..

For this, we ask that you please verify that the primary tax-payer name is the same as the Credit Karma account created for your Refund Advance. If it does, please reach back out here for the next steps.
