Its been 42 days and still haven't received my refund

and ive talked to them and they said i should receive  a letter within the next day and that has been over 14 days and still nothing

I would call the IRS and/or your state and ask to speak to a tax supervisor. Let them know that you have not received your refund and it has been 42 days and that you were told last time when you called that you should get a letter within a day or two and still have not received one.

Unfortunately once the returns are accepted by the IRS and/or your state, Turbo Tax is not able to see anything going on with your file for security reasons.

I been asking and calling u and the irs and still havent got my refund and its been 3 months now..

It depends. 

The IRS issues a lot of refunds within 21 days, but it could take longer.
