Its asking what return I have from last year, I have a reissued statement with no numbers for the type of return, what do I do?

Turbo Tax asks what return you had last year.

Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ are the choices; they're in the upper left-hand corner of the return you did in Turbo Tax last year.

If you didn't use TurboTax last year, you can find it in the upper left-hand corner of your filed 2017 return.
