It shows my taxes are deposited but I havent received my card, should I be worried?

Got an email saying my tax was deposited onto my account but I haven't received my turbo card yet, does that mean it was stolen?

my refund was deposited into the card 3 weeks ago - its been 20 business days still havent received my card - i called and could barely understand her, she had the wrong information, then said my card should be there 2/27 so i am assuming they never sent it out or they are sending anothe one - well see, i dont believe this will work out due to all the complaints on turbo card
