It's teling me my NYS doc# is incorrect

You enter ONLY the first three characters....not the whole number

FIRST...make sure you are using the right number

...depending on the license type...check the following pictures provided by NY:

AND, it is not the DMV ID number

Enter the first 3 characters after, not including "IDUSA".  Some other users experienced errors with incorrect issue and expiry dates, so double check they are correct and not swapped as well.
