The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you the IRS Accepted your filing for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted.) Contacting the IRS will not help, and the IRS has implored taxpayers not to call them. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:

This is the same for me. I did my taxes in January and Turbo Tax submitted them on the earliest day possible, Feb 12. It is now the end of March and the IRS app still says my return is processing.
The IRS website says that 90% of e-filed returns with direct deposit will see their refund within 21 days, so we must be the 10%.
I have tried to figure out if there is an error with my return that is causing the delay, but the IRS is not taking phone calls due to high call volume.
I had a baby in 2020 and so my tax return did claim the two 2020 stimulus payments on it... perhaps that is causing the delay. Since I didn't earn the money, I guess I can't be too upset about how long it's taking them to pay it out, but it would be nice if I could have some reassurance that I filed correctly and the delay isn't due to an error on my part.
