First, if you efiled, be sure your efiled return was accepted. If using Online TurboTax, you can check at the Tax Home page.
If that showed your return was accepted, you can track your Federal refund at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool. Is there any message there?
NOTE: If you filed a paper return by mail, it can take up to 4 weeks just to show up in that tool. Also, if you chose to file by mail, TurboTax does not mail it for you. You have to print, sign, date and mail the return.
The FAQ below tells how to check on a state refund, if applicable. When you scroll down further there, you will see a link for your state. Again, if you efiled, make sure the state return was accepted at the Tax Home page.

I didn’t file by mail I filed on TurboTax the app and it’s my federal refund I haven’t received and it was approved on 2/10/2026. November messages on the turbo tax tool and it still says the last week of February.

Where are you seeing a date for the last week of February? Are you referring to a date shown to you by TurboTax? If so, that is an estimate based on a common 21-day processing time. TurboTax tells everyone a date of 21 days as an estimate. Some returns are processed faster while some take more time.
