It's been over 21 since my refund has been accepted, I called and they told me I'm under review. Since I haven't received a letter should I be getting approved soon ?

The review process can take approximately 45 days from the date of the initial notice.  You will not get a refund until the review is completed. You can get more information on  We're reviewing your tax return with the attached document below.
