It’s been over 21 days for a edifice said it was accepted 21 days ago into federal return now it says no information

Was federal was accepted over 21 days ago it was in system as accepted now when I check it shows information not correct check SS number and infor but turbo tax says accepted help please

I have done that say there not taking calls right now check online so I am getting no help anywhere
