TurboTax does not receive refunds, nor do they get any information about returns/refunds once your return is accepted.  If you had your TurboTax fees deducted from your Federal refund, then your deposit first goes to the bank that handles the transaction, then they deposit your remaining refund into your bank account.

When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT).
