It's been almost 4 months since I filed and I haven't heard anything from the IRS or turbo tax if something is wrong? What should I do?

Was your return accepted (if e-filed).  If your return was accepted then TurboTax does not get any more information regarding your return/refund. You can check your e-file status.

if you mailed in your return, you don’t get a notice your return was accepted.

For Federal refund you can check the IRS website, Where’s My Refund.

If you have a State refund, you can check the status on yours State website.
