It’s been almost 4 months and I haven’t received my federal refund

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

The IRS did not start processing until the end of January, so it's been 3 months at most. But see this:

I e-filed February 25, 2019 and accepted by the IRS at the same date and it was for a direct deposit. Until now I didn't receive it. I already contacted IRS at their 1-800 number and also their "Where is my refund link" on line but I don't have a definite answer. I already received my state refund 3 months ago. What should I do next?

It was transmitted and accepted without any problem.
