If the IRS says still processing then you have to keep waiting. Only the IRS can tell you. At least you know they got your return and are working on it.

Has it been a month or months? A month is not an unusually long time for the IRS to process a tax return.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

@velvet11 what it means is what it states: it is still processing. Have patience is all you can do at this point.
