So what do i do now since turbotax doesn't know the status of their 3rd party bank and they have no idea where my money is? Should I just start a trace with IRS?

Once accepted, TurboTax receives no further info about your refund status. Not even from the third-party bank used to deduct fees and advances. start a trace.

I am experiencing the same issue. IRS stated that because TurboTax is a third party and authorization was given for your return to be deposited to them it is a Civil situation. I am filing a suit as we speak. They have their payment. If you contact IRS advocacy you can get all the documentation required.
