If it has been over twenty-one days since you have been accepted and you didn't claim EITC or ACTC, I would suggest you contact the IRS directly. You can call them at 1(800)829-1040. Once twenty-one days have passed they will generally look into your case further. Unfortunately, once your return is accepted by the IRS, TurboTax has no control over when they deposit your refund. If you haven't already, I would also go to www.irs.gov/refunds to track your refund. That is where you will find the most up to date information including your direct deposit date once one is available.

I filed my taxes on Feb 10, 2020 and received an acceptance by the IRS on Feb 10, 2020. I have not received any updates on Where's My Refund it only states "Its Still Being Processed". Is anyone else having this issue.

If you receive that status in Where's My Refund? then the IRS is still processing your return and has not approved your refund yet.

This is perfectly normal.  Continue to check back as you will eventually see your refund status again.

It generally takes the IRS 21 days to issue refunds.  If it's been more than 21 days since your return was accepted, we suggest contacting the IRS directly to inquire about your refund. Go here for tips on reaching a live IRS agent when you call.
