You don't necessarily get a separate refund for the unemployment exclusion. You might have gotten it on your tax return, or you might not be eligible for it. You will only get an additional refund for the unemployment exclusion if all of the following are true.
If all four of those conditions are true, the IRS should have recalculated your 2020 tax return and sent you the additional refund.
You could not have filed 2020 two years ago, as that tax filing season didn't start until January 2021 (1.5 years ago). Or are you asking about an earlier year (when UE comp was taxable)?
