Have you tried tracking your state refund?  You can do that below by selecting your particular state:

I have tried tracking my state refund and it says it was mailed to me.  We moved to another address on May 19, 2020. I am worried it is lost in the mail.

It was probably returned to your state since it could not be delivered to the address you entered on your state tax return.

You need to contact your state department of revenue to change your address and have the state refund mailed to that address.
