It can take from 48 - 72 hours for the IRS to "Accept" a return or longer depending on their processing time. You can continue to check your E-File Status using TurboTax Tool Check Your E-File Status Here

Once the IRS has "Accepted" your return you would track your refund using the IRS Tool Where's My Refund?
