It's been 10 business days and I didnt recieve my turbo card

You can contact Customer Care for your prepaid card at (888)285-4169 to report your card lost or stolen.  

This is the link to the website https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us to also report your card lost or stolen.

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
