If you are recently divorced and filed joint returns with your spouse in past years, you should talk with your own attorney about obtaining copies of those tax returns. You have every right to copies of those tax returns if they were filed with your name on them.
You can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $50 an actual copy--but your attorney should be able to get your ex to hand over a copy to you.

Demand copies of your jointly filed returns thru your attorney if you didn't already do so for the divorce.

Meanwhile---you may be in for a hassle to get your 2018 AGI for now. You can try using "zero" as the AGI in order to e-file your 2019 return. If zero does not work, then you can print, sign and mail the 2019 return instead. It will take longer for the IRS to process it than e-filing, but it will be processed.
