It has been a month since my "estimated refund date". The IRS website says the return in "Processing". What can I do to get more information?

It has been 45  days since the federal return was accepted according to TurboTax.

You are not alone.  The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the recent new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  Contacting the IRS will not speed things up, and it has implored taxpayers not to call.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.  Also see:

Thank you @SweetieJean ! I will have patience and wait for them to work through the return. I just needed to hear that it was not just me who slipped through the cracks.
