It has been 8 weeks. Is there anything TurboTax can do to help figure out what is taking my tax refund so long?

I filed with TurboTax product (I had to download it since the online edition was giving me an error). We called IRS but could only tell us it was processing.

Sorry Turbo Tax can't help.  Once they send in your return they are done with their part.  Only the IRS can tell you.
