It has been 48 hours since I filed my tax return and it is still pending. How can I tell if there’s a problem ?

Most returns are accepted within 24-48 hours, however it can take up to several days for the return to be accepted. There is not any way at this time to tell if there is a problem with the return until you get a rejection from the IRS. However, I would not worry as waiting longer than 48 hours is normal and does happen. Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information.
