It had me print out something to mail in, and that form says i need to mail in some other form, I'm confused

Had me print a Form 8453, which has a selection for a form 8949, but it did not also print out that. What am I needing to do here?

Ok ...do you remember when you choose the option to send in a copy of your 1099-B from the broker instead of entering all the stock sales individually?     So you will attach the 1099-B to the 8453 and mail in as directed.

I'm pretty sure I filled in all the 1099-B info. Took forever if I do recall....

Review your return ... look for those entries on the 8949 forms... if they are truly there then ignore the form 8453.
