My return was accepted on feb 27th 2019 but still is not showing its been approved? Why is this taking so long to approve?

It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval. IRS representatives will be able to research the status of your refund if your return was accepted (received) more than 21 calendar days ago.

Mine was accepted 2-25 and still hasn’t been approved either. I think it’s gonna take longer than 21 days for me. Let me know if something changes for you.

Mime changed to approved on the 9th and recieved my refund yesterday. Hope they get yours approved quick
