Ammended my return now i owe the state nothing, but previously i owed $332. will they still take my previously owed payment?

It all depends on the timing of the situation.

Since the amended return must be mailed for processing and the processing can take several weeks at best, if you have already set up a payment to be made for your previous balance due, then it is likely that the payment will still be made.
