Issues with filing and turbo tax avance card.

I finished filing my taxes as soon as I got my W-2. I did everything needed and I filed them. I got the order confirmation number and everything but when o log back into my online account it says “we’re almost done” and it prompts me to file them again leaving me like one step before filing as if I saved there and logged out but I KNOW that I finished it all the way through. Also turbo tax did not prompt me to set up their debit card for the refund advance, or even emailed me at all about it even through I specifically selected that. Is there anything else for me to do? I don’t wanna screw anything up.

To double check the status of your return you can go here to ensure your filing is complete:

Check your junk mail to see if the email happened to be sent there.  Pre-approval for a refund advance is on a case by case basis.  For additional information, view the FAQ here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/refund-advance/
