Issues online? "File" section, when i submit my bank info (Step 2: Your Refund info) for direct deposit the site takes me back to the "Step 1: Review Your Order" on loop

I've been having this same issue for days now and I have cleared my cache and tried different browsers, but it's still not working. In the "File" step of completing the tax forms online, I get through "Step 1: Review your order" without any issues; once I click continue for that one, I am taken back to the main "File" page and then I click on "Step 2: Your refund info" and I select how i would like my refund and i enter my bank info for direct deposit and click continue to get to the next section, but the site takes me back to the "File" page and is asking me to do Step 1 again as if I didn't already do it; once I've completed the refund info section again, the site takes me right back to the main "File" page again. For some reason I can't get to "Step 3: Get ready to save and file your returns" and nothing seems to be fixing it; it's just a constant loop and I haven't received any alerts or error messages at any point during the entire tax filing process.

Some customers are experiencing issues when trying to file and pay with their refund.  We are investigating this issue.  However, if you would prefer to file now, you can do so by switching to pay your TurboTax fees with a credit card instead of using the pay with my refund option by following these steps.

I don't suppose you have any idea as to when it might be fixed? I'm not able to pay with a credit/debit card
