@carlenep4 Look at the forum below with comments from hundreds of others in this same situation. When did you file? It’s highly likely that you DID apply for it (look at the PDF file with your tax information on the TT site, it should be the first several pages w/your authorization). They’ve screwed something up and giving many of us the runaround or saying that we never applied. I filed my taxes on 1/22 and was accepted by IRS on 1/24. All the TT representatives in the call center claim that I never applied but it’s clearly in my documents (which they can’t see on their end due to privacy). After spending hours back and forth with them, I contacted corporate office and they stated that I was denied by the bank (FCB). However, the bank doesn’t have ANY of my information on file so it’s impossible to be denied. Corporate won’t respond to me now because I’ve asked for proof of the denial and they clearly don’t have it because they know that they’re being deceptive. Otherwise they would end the back and forth by providing me with it. The company is a scam. They own Credit Karma (CK) and TT so it was a way to get all of us to sign up for CK and have our funds deposited into their bank. It also forced all of us to pay $39+ in fees to file, when we could’ve filed for free with a credible company. I hope you have more luck than the rest of us.
