Is there a way to show proof of my previous employers from 2011-2016?

Proof of employment can be obtained from the Social Security Administration.  There is a fee of $115 to provide employment history to include employer names and addresses.

Complete SSA Form SSA-7050-F4 - https://www.ssa.gov/forms/ssa-7050.pdf

You can also get free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
