Is there a way to look up my w2's online for the current tax year?

I have 3 W2's to input for 2022 tax year and i have been able to find 2 of them online. So, i am curious as to if I am able to search for my W2's somehow.

if the employer doesn't make them available online there's no way to retrieve them. contact the employer
