What tax year are you asking about?   GA does not even have your 2023 return yet if that is what you mean.   The IRS will not begin to accept 2023 federal returns until January 29; the state cannot accept your state return until the IRS accepts your federal return.  You will have to wait a couple of weeks -- or longer---to track a 2023 state refund.

Sometime on or after January 29 you will get an email telling you if your return was accepted or rejected.

Or....are you asking about a GA return from a year or more ago?

The Georgia state tax return cannot be filed since the 2023 state tax forms are not yet available.  They are currently scheduled to be available on 01/18/2024.
