Is there a way to be notified if my cancellation and refund request were accepted?

I’ve decided not to file through TurboTax since the site cannot meet my needs. I’ve requested the cancellation and refund to my card, but I’ve been given no indication of a notification if it went through or when I’ll be notified if it will be accepted or not.
