Is there a way that I can mail-in my taxes via Turbotax?

I can't get my IP PIN reissued: the website says my information is incorrect (even though it isn't) and I recently moved, so I can't have it issued via mail. 

I called, and they said I'd need to mail in taxes – but I already paid for Turbotax and the ONLY missing step is inputting my pin. 

Any way around this?

Yes you can mail it in.  You have to pay the fees either way.  The fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail.
