Not really if you use the online program. If they are short term cap gains you can add it as wages on a fake W-2 ... just enter the amount in box 1 and leave the rest of the form blank and ignore the error messages.

Alternate option ... use the 1099-Div input screen ... if you have long term gains use box 2a ... for short term gains enter them as dividends box 1a only.
