Is there a problem of why I can not get my refund on a prepaid card?

Are you referring to the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card?    If so, was it not offered as a choice for your refund, or was your application denied?

Or are you referring to an existing prepaid debit card you already possess?

Yes. I did not qualify, and I do not have a bank account.
