The IRS tool says if it was direct deposited or mailed ... what does it say ? https://www.irs.gov/refunds
What did you ask for ?
Here is how you can see your deposit information:
Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.
To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).
Please see the following FAQ article below if you entered in the wrong bank account information.
If you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund, the IRS would send it to a third-party company first (SBTPG) that takes out the fees. Then SBTPG's bank would send the rest to your bank account (or card) in a second direct deposit.
If you DID use that option to pay TurboTax fees, and if the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool shows they have sent your refund, you can check on it at SBTPG's website using SBTPG's refund lookup tool. To log in, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
NOTE: This won't apply to you if you paid upfront when you filed and did NOT choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund.
