Is it worth is to amend my tax return to add a W2 with income statement of $675?

Yes.  The IRS says you should file an amended return if there is a change in your filing status, income, deductions or credits.  And remember that the IRS gets a copy of all your W-2's, and they'll be looking for matching entries on your tax return.

Be sure you file your amended return correctly.  The instructions are in this TurboTax FAQ:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4252298-how-do-i-amend-a-2017-return-in-turbotax

**Answers are correct to the best of my ability but do not constitute tax or legal advice.
