Is it true that people got advance, turbo tax holding until March the 1st?

TurboTax is not holding up returns but the IRS didn’t begin to process returns with credits  until Feb 15.

I have a DDD of the 24th, but I heard that if you got advance with turbo tax that they will hold your refund till March 1st
