Is it possible to put my federal and states refunds on a close relative´s bank account?; just I don`t have one.

Do not do that. If the refund goes to an account that does not have your name on it, the bank will reject it. Then it goes back to the IRS. The IRS issues and mails a paper check to the address on your tax return.
