Is it normal to have your return in pending status after 21 days what and how do i find out whats wrong never had this happen before

Some returns are taking longer than others with the IRS. To check the status of your return please visit the Where's my Refund website here https://www.irs.gov/refunds .

This will allow you to view the current status, as well as see the estimated deposit date once the refund is approved. TurboTax does not receive updates on the return once it is accepted.

I checked it says pending still.on the main website and topic code 152

Does that mean there's a issue should.i go to a tax agency to address it an find out what's going on with my return

That is just letting you know it is still in progress. You will just have to wait patiently. You can check the status once a day as the status is only updated once a day.
