Is it normal that the .gov tracking website does not have any information on my taxes?

To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

If you mailed your return, wait about 4 weeks and then you can track the status of your return.

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

Note:  When you enter the refund amount on the IRS site, make sure you are only putting in the amount for your Federal refund, and not the amount shown in a "summary" that combined your state and federal amounts.
