Is anyone having trouble printing off year prior tax returns? I am in the correct menu, but when I download the return, it comes back as unreadable.

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

1. Sign in to your account
2. Select the down arrow by Your tax returns and documents 
3. Select the year of the tax return that you want to print
4. Select Download/Print (PDF) your federal and/or state tax return(s)
