Continuing my question..
Check with your bank to see if it has been received. Refund status is (refund approved) final status being (refund sent) and I'm still not in that stage. What's this mean? Today is February 24...

Check your bank account.   Sometime between today and March 1 you should see your refund post in the account.

Let include that I chose to have TurboTax filing fees taken out of my federal refund. And I didn't file through credit karma although I chose to have my taxes direct deposited into my credit karma spend account. Credit Karma makes funds available the same day they're received. That being said, I should receive them at some point today. Correct?

Maybe---but your refund still has to go though the third party bank.  

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
