Why can’t I eFile my amended tax return on TurboTax?

Turbo Tax has not updated the program yet to allow Efiling Amended returns.  I think they are working on it.  But they haven't said when it will be ready.

Can I e-file my 1040X to amend my return?

Note: By the end of this week, you'll be able to e-file your amended tax return in TurboTax. We'll update this page with instructions to do such soon.

After you finish amending in TurboTax, we'll guide you through printing and mailing your 1040X along with any required attachments.

Three weeks after mailing your amendment, you can start tracking it at Where's My Amended Return? on IRS.gov.

Per the IRS:

For the initial phase, only tax year 2019 Forms 1040 and 1040-SR returns can be amended electronically. Additional improvements are planned for the future

I do not know any more than the FAQ says.

I have a letter from IRS telling me to file an amended return from 1040x for tax year 202112 account and claim the recovery rebate credit of $600.  Where can I get this form from turbo tax?

you can get all the 2021 tax forms from IRS.gov forms page

look for "prior years".
