IRS want the number from last years tax return and since I filed TurboTax thought you should have it but can't get into my account from last year Please HELP

If you didn't save tax file from last year, you'll need to upgrade to PLUS in order for TurboTax to transfer it for you. As an alternative method, you can download a free transcript with the AGI from the IRS:

To avoid this problem you must log into the same account every year.
OR
Always print a copy of your completed tax return for your records, and review it carefully before e-Filing.
